Meet the pit master -Jason Odell – Born and raised in Northern California. He is passionate about cooking barbecue on his custom made smoker. He has traveled to Texas and Kansas City to seek the best techniques and methods to create delicious food. What drives this crazy pursuit of excellence you might ask. Who knows ? But what we do know is… it taste really good.
Nik grew up in the Carolinas, and moved to northern California in 2014 to work in technology. The first time he tried Jason’s tri tip in 2016, he instantly knew there was something different about the way Jason went about his craft. Not long after, Nik began to work with Jason to develop a hobby into a thriving business. If you ask him, he’ll tell you pork is king and sing you the praises of mustard base barbecue sauce.
